returns

we hope you are always happy with your purchase. 

our products are mostly handmade. the fabrics are hand loomed and then hand printed and dyed. all wood products are hand carved. 

please find perfection in any minor imperfections in the colours and finish of the product

however should you wish to return or exchange a product please note the below:

email: shop@letsdochai.co.za, with your order no and reason for the return, within 5 days of receiving your delivery. 

Let us if you want to refund or exchange your purchase. we will arrange the courier service accordingly.

• if your purchase is delivered damaged or incorrect – we will collect this at our own cost
• if you no longer want an item or the size is incorrect – the cost to courier the item back to us, is covered by you
• all items must be returned with packaging, tags, unused, unwashed and in perfection condition for resale*
• when your returned items are received, we will check them and confirm via an email if the exchange or refund will be processed

* returned items that do not comply with the policy will be sent back to you. and cleared
